In C3 plants Calvin cycle occurs in mesophyll cells of the leaves while in C4 plants the Calvin cycle occurs in bundle sheath cells

Calvin Cycle in C3 plants occurs in the bundle sheath cell and only RUBISCO enzyme take part in the process
