if we talk about government colleges,  BBA is available at IPU and delhi technological university.  the course curriculum of b.com hons ia similar to BBA and an added advantage is that it is a professional course so placement opportunities are better.
other option for you is amity university.
you can study b.com hons or BBA there.

at this time you may also fill applications for other private colleges like IILM.
you may even appear for DU jat for admission in BMS or BFIA which are also management courses similar to b.com hons.
