Well the best college for a said branch is more of a relative term,I will try to present some colleges with good academics(according to me) and give their placement records by stating their packages and companies who visit their campus for recruitment-

1. RV College-According to me this is the best college under COMEDK.In the year 2020 they got about 45 students placed  with 57 total offers with a placement percentage of 77.61.With minimum salary of 3.3 LPA. Average of 6.83 LPA and whooping 19.3 LPA as their highest package. Doesn't sound a lot but considering current pandemic it is really good.
2. MS Ramaiah:In the year 2019 MS Ramaiah was visited by companies like Schneider,Siemens,ABB with an average package of 520,000(INR).A total of 76% students were placed.
3. BMS College Of Engineering-In the year of 2019 52% students are placed companies like Philips India,Qualcomm,Accenture visited the campus to recruit.The average placement is around 5LPA.
