The cut off for JEE Advance were almost close to 90% but Yes you can get admission in the private universities . Try to work hard and get more percentile in JEE mains seconds attempt . Based on the percentile your marks would be nearly 25- 35.

60 percentile in jee mains is not a ver desirable score as far as reputed colleges are concenred. This is because in this exam is known for having cut-throat competition where percentile is given with an accuracy of 0.001. And even the smallest difference in percentile means a large difference in the rank.
So, the reputed colleges for the mains exam, like the top NITs donot give admission in a percentile like this even from a caterogy like SC/ST or OBC.
however you can try for some of the private colleges and can get lucky if you belong to any of these categories.
