Which college is best for b.tech (cs) , jecrc or skit or any other college?can i get any government College?

Dear Lovish as per your marks and jee percentile very less chance to get govt colleges. As per my knowledge and some feedback and opinions by some students of both colleges I find out JECRE is a better option than SKIT because it provides a better environment and teaching facilities than SKIT.
