If you are talking about Electrical branch in MIT and Bhagalpur.Then i want to tell you that MIT Muzzafarpur is one of the good colleges of Bihar.

Whereas i will not suggest you to go for electrical in BCE Bhagalpur.

MIT will be good in all aspects such as placements,faculty,infrastructure,quality of education....etc.

So for electrical,civil,mechanical,Computer science....etc you can go for MIT Muzafarpur.

Yes you can go for any one of the college you have stated. your rank makes you eligible for it. you can go for technical branch also If you are interested. Better to find your interest and select it as your career and go for it. Electrical branch also has high demand and high scope to create a better career.
