If you talking about these colleges then i will suggest you to go for IIST,Indore.

Though it is not the "best college in Indore" but it is a decent college that can be prefered over IPS,Indore

This college has one of the infrastructures in indore.IIST indore has a reputation as a premier engineering college in India.The reason behind this is the good placement record and other facilties the campus offers.

According to the reviews of the students of IIST we came to know that many multinational companies have tied up with IIST previous year as well as the placement record was almost 90% previous year.

Students physical health insurance and many more things are offered by the institute.

But the faculties here are not that good.Means they are average(which is common in almost every eng collg).Teaching skills are not that good.

between IIST Indore and IPS Indore, according to faculty, infrastructure and atmosphere, IPS Indore, is a better engineering college.

IPS Indore college has better placements as well.

These were the best colleges in Indore earlier, now there are many better colleges in Indore.

So, I suggest IPS College is a better option
