Public or Government Engineering Colleges have less fees. Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, Shantilal Shah Engineering College, Bhavnagar etc being government institute have comparatively less fees. Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Vel's Institute of Science Technology and Advanced Studies, CV Raman College of Engineering etc are quite costlier.
