If I am not wrong, you are studying in Vidya Bhawan Udaipur. Then there is LEEP which is the admission process for lateral entry in Rajasthan. You could apply for admissions to civil engineering in colleges in Rajasthan itself. Engineering Colleges in India Offering B. Tech lateral entry -A lateral entry is your ticket to the second year of an engineering programme. The eligibility criterion for a lateral entry is subject to an institutes discretion. However, a diploma in the respective branch from a recognised institute is the mutual element. In addition, you may be required to sit for an examination conducted by the institute you seek enrolment with. That said, not all engineering colleges  offer enrolment via lateral entry.
