Don't Miss: NIRF DU Colleges Ranking
Hey Nishtha Gupta,
A BA Economics Honours Student stands at a higher chance of getting a job than a B.Com honours student. The reason being, BA Economics is more focussed and a specialised course unlike B.Com which is a general course. Also, the perception of BA Economics is better than BCom, as the overall scope of Economics when it comes to higher studies and specialisation is pretty vast compared to Commerce.
That being said, your career goals and background plays a major role in this selection. A student with average grades in BA Economics from a lower tier college is at a disadvantage, if compared to a B.Com honours student with good grades from a reputed commerce college.
So as i said, its your decision.
Good Luck.
