Which course is good in medical?

The medical course can be segregated into streams as MBBS, BDS, BAMS, and BHMS. Then if you take up any one of these; under that, you have to do a specialized course to be at a point of serving as a doctor. If you wish further hike in your job designation or salary then you have to take up furthermore courses. So there is no end of this until you wish it. Similarly, there is no good; all are equally better; whatever you feel is according to you and you have interest in it is good.

In the undergraduate level, MBBS is the best course. In the postgraduate level, there are different specialisations like psychiatry/oncology/radiology etc.
While the "best" depends on which one you like the most, orthopaedic doctors are generally among the highest earning.
Which other medical courses are you asking about?
If you are talking about courses such as BSc nursing, B pharm, BPT, BA MS, BHMS or other such courses definitely MBBS is much better than them but getting access to MBBS course in any college would required to get a much better rank and marks in the Neet examination and subsequent availability of seats in different colleges in the rounds of counselling
