You have not mentioned the college in Surat where you want the placement record. Placement varies from college to college by a huge margin.
The best college around that region is NIT Surathkal. Over there in 2018 the highest package was offered by Uber which was 36.7 20 lacs per annum, and then by Google India it was 34. 10 lacs per annum, both of them in the computer science engineering stream.
