DU conducts DUET for entry into UG,PG and PhD programs.

CUCET is a national level entrance exam conducted by 10 central Universities of India.Each university has its own criteria of eligibility for the candidates.

The admissions in DU for UG courses is based on merit-based. Most of the UG courses at Delhi University are offered through the merit of the qualifying examination , while 12 courses are offered through the entrance exam. DU 2021 admissions are expected to be carried out through 8-9 DU cut off rounds.  In that 12 courses 9 courses are offered through DUET which held by NTA and the remaining 3 offered through the entrance test conducted by Delhi University. This year officials are not going to conduct CUCET exam. The CUCET 2021 exam is cancelled due to the on going pandemic.
