That is totally upto you in which field you want to pursue your career as both being way more different courses and have different scopes. Also ba pol science hons is just a three bachelor's degree whereas ba llb be a five year integrated programme. Though Miranda is one of the top college in du but a bachelors degree will not provide you good placements when compared to ba llb. Vips is one of the top College in IP University and hence have good placements. In VIPS t he students get placed in some of the top firms or under some experienced advocates or clear the judicial services exams. Some of the top firms like Larsen and toubro, vanish associates, luthra and luthra, Chitley and Chitley. Whereas in Miranda they do have placement cell but 80% of the crowd go for further studies.

If talking about scope in placement terms then go for vips but then it totally upto you what you want to pursue further and find your interest in.

In questions like this all comes down to where your interests lie and what you seem yourself doing after a few years.

If you take up BA LLB, then you will have to study various areas of Law along with BA Subjects.

Also if you do BA in political Science hons then for a better Career there are chances that you might go for Post Graduation  (MA) or even PHD later or some other PG degree. People even prepare for Civil Services after BA. Some people even pair up BA Political Science hons with Law later on. Various colleges that offer integrated 5 year courses provide the course of BA LLB hons where you pursue BA in Political Science hons. But that depends on the subjects that each college offers. So that might be a good option if in the end you want to do law. The various options that you have after law will be to pursue Litigation, prepare foe Judiciary, work in the corporate sector, become a professor or join various law related government posts.

So you need to base your decision in which subjects you're interested in and what you want to do in the future.

As far as the colleges are concerned Miranda house is among top colleges for BA Political Science. And VIPS might not be among the top law school but it is a good college. Also being located in delhi interning with good law firms, lawyers might be easy witg various District courts, High court and Supreme court in the same city.

So in the end you can consider these factors but choose only according to your area of interests.
