Both the universities are best for the couse cse.Jamia millia islamia ia a central university in delhi and also the manipal university in karnataka is good. I prefer to go manipal university because I heard a lot about this and you can choose any university.

Among both colleges, both are good college. One is government whereas other is private. If you have to choose JMI, but it doesn't means other one is not good. Both college gives good placement with good infrastructure and administration.
