The best college to study cse based on faculty and placement are the IITS specially the

IIT BOMBAY

IIT CHENNAI

IIT KANPUR

IIT KHARAGPUR

IIT DELHI.

THESE are the best of all the IITS there are some NITS as well where cse is great like

NIT CALICUT

NIT WRANGAL

NIT TRICHY. etc.
