     Firstly, i congratulate you on the good rank in UPSEE 2019 and I'm here to help you regarding your query!!

     So, basically for not only Civil engineering, but for all the branches, Rajkiya Engineering College, Banda and Rajkiya Engineering College, Ambedkar Nagar is really good. And, Rajkiya, Azamgarh stands on the bottom position when compared to these colleges and it is also quite good and not that bad. But yeah, as you mentioned, wait for the second round of counselling so that you can know the chances of getting in any other colleges.

1.Harcourt Butler Technical University, Kanpur(Formerly-Harcourt Butler Technological Institute, Kanpur)

2.Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow

3.Madan Mohan Malviya University of Technology,Gorakhpur(Formerly-Madan Mohan Malviya Engineering College, Gorakhpur)

4.Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur

5.JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida(CS/IT)

6.Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jhansi

7.Uttar Pradesh Textile Technology Institute, Kanpur

These are the only good Technical Institutions under UPTU. Take admission in any of these if you are getting. Don't opt for any other college of UPTU.Apart from these all are same.
