In my opinion, degree + IAS in Sarat Chandra IAS Academy is a better choice. Although the University of Delhi is excellent for graduation and many people in the country wish for it, but if you are targeting civil services, the former is better as many of my friends who studied from du are attending coaching for civil services after graduating. So, a training for ias along with degree is slightly a better choice.

Looking at the syllabus of upsc, bachelors degree in ARTS i.e. BA with history, political science, geography, anthropology,etc must be taken…because these subject together constitute the major portion of the syllabus…

Moreover BA course is easier compare to other courses as a result u will get more time to prepare for the other subjects …and also this course is of 3 yrs only
