It is very difficult to choose one of them because both are valuable in modern time.According to P.M. of INDIA, he is making a digital INDIA Through the digital INDIA mission in every govt.offices use computers for filling the data and entry and many more things .So in the offices computer operator is required you are done b.tech from CSE you are eligible for the computer operator job. And you are done your b.tech from IT you are made the software so according to my opinion both are important .You see in your college in which you take to admission  which branch has given maximum placements and  you choose in which branch you  are interested you take the branch your according .
