Hello Dear,

BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration is a 3-year undergraduate course in the field of hotel management. The course is open for students who have completed class 12th in any stream.

The main difference between generic and specialization is Generic gives you an overall idea of the process of Hotel Management , where as specialization makes you the master of a particular field such as culinary arts. BSc HHA is available as a generic course and students can also take up specializations of BSc HHA such as Food & Beverage Management, Accommodation Management, Food Production Management etc.

Good Luck
