I would suggest you to choose between JNTU and Vignan if you want to do CSE.
Between those two JNTU is most preferred college among the students since it is a university and it has a highly qualified faculty, fees is less, campus life is better etc.

Apeamcet is the entrance exam conducted by ap state board to get admission in to engineering colleges
JNTU is the best for any course.
