That doesn't matter for For those students are focused and want to something big in career and life.I have seen many people who did normal Graduation degree with MBA from Top B school are placed in good company with handsome Salary.

It does not matter. Any graduation is good for MBA. But if talk about scope the course btech and then MBA can be effective but questions like why btech and then MBA can keep you in dilemma in future. So you should be clear if you choose btech.
Also if you want you can do MBA in IT or related field of your interest.
