Dear Aspirant,
As we all know BIT Mesra comes into the renowned colleges of India.
If you are getting  ECE which is a very good branch ,you can go for it.
But if you are more interested in CSE,go for Manipal.
Because interest also plays an important role.
If you are more interested in computer go for the CSE.
Even Manipal will provide good infrastructure, campus life as well as good education quality
Thankyou

Hey Manoj Kumar, it depends upon you, which course you want to opt according to your interest. As you should first go for your interest. And if you talk about the branches, then it is true that CSE is better than ECE nowadays. And MIT is also a good college and fees of both the colleges is almost same.
