And therefore they offer Diploma courses which in a broader view come at the same level as an MBA.
To be eligible for admission to the PGDM Program(s), the participants must possess a bachelor’s equivalent degree, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent in any discipline, from a recognized university in India or abroad (recognized by the UGC / Association of Indian Universities). The MBA is a degree and the PGDM is post graduate diploma in management.there's not much difference from job aspects but yes MBA have a better overall chances of getting better placements and if you want to study further then MBA will be more usefull.

Its your choice, if you want to finish studied as soon as possible you can choose PGDM from good a good college.and if you want to take time and want to get a broader knowledge then you can choose MBA.
