Both, Delhi University and IPU are good universities. But if we compare and that also for bcom.[hons.] then Delhi University is best. Anyday, Delhi University.

Firstly, the atmosphere DU provides you is unbeatable. Even the college is quite intresting and the Placement record of delhi university has been growing year by year.

IPU doesnt have any great placement record in comparision to DU.
