Hello student,
With a rank of around 12,000 in obc category, you have possibilities of procuring a seat in nit Andhra Pradesh under bio technology and materials and metallurgical engineering, going by the trends of past years, under home state quota. For mechanical engineering the closing ranks were around 9,000 which makes it difficult for you to get a seat in that course.
