NITs college is National institute of technology college. This college are second best college from IIT. If your rank is minimum 75 percentile in JEE Mains then you are eligible for getting admission in NITs. But you get top NITs if your score is above 98 percentile.
So many NITs are present in India. Those are accepting low rank due to research I'll suggest you some name below

I am considering that you are from general category.
Nits like nit meghalaya, nit sikkim, nit Mizoram etc accept low rank in jee main. Your profile suggests that your home state is Uttar Pradesh so under other state quota even for getting into these lower NIT you need at least rank of around 45000- 50000.
For example,
