Dear Megha,

You should always choose the course according to your interest and type of career you want to make in future so that you can enhance your skills and you don't get frustrate with your job.

B.Tech in food technology is a professional course and it is a study of food science in various activities happening in the food industry on the other hand B.Sc in Food Technology deals with the study of scientific principles involved in the food production as well as preservation.

If we compare the scope of both the courses then B.tech in food technology has good scope in term of jobs, placement and packages.

Good Luck!!
