Both courses are good and provide vast career options to the candidates. It depends on your interest which course you wish to cake in future. If you are interested in physics, specially in semi conductors part than you must opt ECE. Or if you are interested in softwares, computer or its application then you must choose CSE. However  it is always suggested to take cse if candidate is average in studies. Also, CSE will give you option to work in your "own" company, and in ECE you always have to work under someone else's. To add on, ece will give you opportunity to work on both cse field and in electronic hardcore industry.

I will suggest you for go for electronics engineering because through this you can apply in any civil services and also can apply for any private company which is related to computer science if you know any computer language , in short it has so many scope further in future .
