In both of the college like sln Medical College Koraput and Government Medical College bolangir in respect of facilities all are the same rather than social insurance policy facilities,  but the campus area of sln medical college much than Government Medical College Bolangir that is Bheem Bhoi Medical College and hospital Balangir.

SLNMedical College and Hospital has 150 seats for MBBS but Government Medical College Balangir has 100 seat for MBBS student UG.

The fees of sln Medical College Koraput is 30,000 and the fees of Government Medical College Balangir also 30000 per annum excluding hostel other facilities fees. all India quota is 15%,state quota is 85% which is the same as Government College Government Medical College Bolangir
