Hey there,

Bcom programme from Shyamlal College University of Delhi is a much better option than BBA from Indraprastha University since bcom programme is more recognized and beneficial in terms of jobs, economic and commercial value than BBA even better when done from University of Delhi as this course comes under their most sought after courses.

I'd suggest you to go for Bcom programme from Shyamlal College University of Delhi over BBA from IP University.
