Hi Ankit!

It is better if you work for sometime after General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) and gain some experience! You must register yourself with the State Nurse Registration Council. You will gain money and experience which will be helpful for you to pursue B.Sc. Nursing. After completing B.Sc. Nursing, you'll be awarded the Nursing Degree!

Hope this is helpful!

All the best!

Hi Aspirant!

If you join a job after completing your GNM degree you will get around 10,000-15,000 INR per month as a fresher. But if you complete BSc in nuring and subsequently do masters in same then it will help you get a high pay job as you have a lot of knowledge now. And when doing master's you can go for any specialization as per your interest which would add a X-factor to your CV when applying for job.

Thankyou!
