Go for IIT.. Ur rank would be under 4000 ...u can get IIT madras civil....

Your marks are good in IITJEE leave everything and go for IIT.

You might get rank based on your JEE Advanced score also your JEE Mains rank quite decent.So I would suggest you to wait for JOSSA counselling because you will surely get either a good IIT or good Nits.Don't go to any private college.And congratulation for your success.
