see neet is a competitive exam and it needs dedication and hard working, deep concentration on studies, now you also need to do studies many things apart from your school syllabus. since cbse is centralized board its syllabus is generally follows for many competitive exam, so my suggestion is you should go for school which is cbse affiliated for 10+2 course.
