which states have state quota ? and which type of sports certificates are applicable for sports quota ? I have certificates for the regionals and nationals for inter-dps basketball competitions , and a few other school competitions .....will they work...??

Each state have their state quota.You cannot apply to other states through state quota. You can only apply to your home state from 85% state quota seats.
Merit/Participation Sports Certificate of preceding three years will be considered . To get eligible the candidate should hold a district level or national level certificate in any sport.
After qualifying in the exam, you need to submit your sports certificate while attending counselling. You should hold a district level or national level certificate in any sport. You need to submit your certificate at the time of counselling.
