Hey Gurkaran.

For admission in Engineering you must have to appear for the Joint entrance examination. Some of the colleges offers direct admission through management quota or NRI quota.
But on the basis of 12th marks you can't take admission in the engineering.
So better to appear for any of the Engineering Entrance examination such as IIT JEE, WBJEE, MHCET etc.

However, private Engineering Colleges Located in all parts of India will give admission in engineering courses on basis of class 12th entrance exams without any entrance exams. Some of them are

Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey University - Mumbai, Maharashtra

Bengal Engineering And Science University - Howra, West Bengal

Jabalpur Engineering College - Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh

Saveetha University - Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Coimbatore Institute of Technology - Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Merit International Institute Of Business Management - ooty, Tamil Nadu

College of Engineering - Ahmednagar, Maharashtra

Amrutvahini College Of Engineering - Ahmednagar, Maharashtra

Amity University

Hope this helps. All the best.
