While applying for BA program at Aligarh Muslim University, i accidentally swapped my Maximum Marks with Marks Obtained and vice versa, Will it create any problem for me or Should I re-submit a fresh form again?

No need to worry. You can make changes and correct the form. You don't need to resubmit a new form.
As per the University:
The applicant can change/update information on their AMU 2020 application form between March 2 to 7, 2020.
If you happen to encounter any problem while making changes please call on their helpline number to seek guidance.
