You have to upload the certificate of reappeared because it is an updated certificate which is valid and that cerficate data is stored in all level like at the education department and its no matter to any one that you are reappeared or not it is the matter of your eligibility of that application form.

But kindly see the eligibility criteria first. If you can follow all eligibility criteria than it's your choice. You can upload any of these marksheet.

But in my opinion if your percentage is same in all marksheet. Then you can upload your original marksheet.
