While registering in JOSAA , we have selected OCI. The site say if you have applied nationality as OCI then you will not be eligible fo applying NIT, IIIT, IIEST etc ? My son holds OCI card but studied 10+2 in India only. Is there any other means he can apply for counsling ?

PIO/OCI cardholders are eligible for getting admission in NITs/IIITs/ Other-GFTIs through JEE mains.....
PIO/ OCI candidates will be considered as General (GEN) or GEN-PwD (persons with disabilities) and seat allotted to them are OPEN or OPEN-PwD.....
