****** Those candidates who did not took part in round 1st of NEET UG counselling can register directly for round 2nd of counselling but note that for some states you should have pre-enrolled in round 1st then only you can appear for round 2nd of NEET UG counselling. Following Candidates are eligibilie for second round of neet counselling:

Candidates who registerted for 1st round however did not get any seat.

Candidates who reported at alloted college during reporting of round 1 and submitted their willingness for second round upgradation as yes can also apply for second round.

Candidates who have been alloted a seat but did not join in 1st round.

Candidates who have resigned from NEET ug 1st round counselling.

Registered students who have secured seats under reserved quota and whose neet 2021 round 1 seat got cancelled during verification of documents on reporting of admission.

all those can participate in second round of state counselling:

1) who were alloted a college in round one and opted for upgradation in second round

2) who were not alloted any college in round 1 and wish to get a college in second round

3) who didnot register in the first round of counselling but wish to participate in second round.

point 3 varies from state to state.

in bihar registration is possible only during round 1 for both the rounds.

in UP you can register in 2nd round as well
