Who is best in teaching For Cse Bits or VIT Vellore

BITS Pilani obviously has highest numbers of experienced faculties available whichare more when compared to VIT UNIVERSITY.And hence there is more quality teaching in BITS campuses.But according to rankings and ratings VIT is at the higher rank compared to NITS.Placement record is almost same in both colleges.

Sorry men bits fees are high then Vit I can't afford
But Vit Vellore is Good for cse I want good studies over there

BITS pilani has more number of PHd based experience Faculty with wide Industry exposire and hence emphasizes on Quality teaching.
Moreover, BITs has exceptional Infrastructure and best in class Instruments and Labs for hands in experience and training for CSE students.
The college hasmore exposure to Certification based program making it comparable to IIT.
VIT Vellore has decent Faculty and decent Infrastructure, mostly for hostel and sports arena.
Faculty is experiencing and has more young professors.
Hence, BITS is best for CSE.

But still Vit is 13 according to HRD ranking it means Vit is better except placement
