The following documents will be required at the time of counselling for Bihar-

• Original NEET UG admit card

• Passing certificate/mark sheet/admit card of Class 10 or equivalent exam

• Class 12 or equivalent exam passing certificate/mark sheet/admit card

• Residential certificate

• Caste certificate

• Six copies of passport size photograph which was used in NEET admit card and NEET application form

• Printout of Bihar MBBS application form 2019

• Aadhaar card

• Other documents required such as PH certificate

• All the certificate/relevant documents in original as required by the private medical and dental colleges
