Why Engineering still so popular?

You know Narendra Modi but not me why , because you see him in newspapers, in digital media, in videos . Same goes here Engineering is very good profession with high job security as portrait bt media.
Now a days media give more attention to IIT topper rather than UPSC topper why there is a reason, way back to 80s when there was not a big marken for engineering entrance preparation there was not much awareness now as coaching Market increases they promoted paid news to create hype in the engineering so that they get customers everytime. Therefore whenever someone gets good package in MNC it is exaggerated so much in media to promote other to prepare for Engineering.
Overall this is the reason behind decrease in the quantity of engineering graduates. So don't get instigated by media and choose your decision wisely.
Although engineer are doing great job but they are not behind innovations it is the Scientists who do researches.

It's a job which guarantees you employment and food and shelter with 100% your treated with lots of dignity and respect since doing engineering is not a cup of cake for anyone!
It's popular because it's essential branch for innovations research and production or construction field without engineers the growth of nation would deplete or it would slow down its us who carry the nation with technology

Because engineering is the core of all the fields. Civil engineer builds our home, laptop you are working on is made by an Electronic engineer , data related task is done by a CS engineer and the list is so long.
Engineering is a technical course but it still does not bounds you within it only, doors for other fields are always open.
So engineering is involved in everything.
