why i didn't get rajkiye engineering college bijnor in 1 round in upsee councelling .?my ews rank is 3826?

Hello aspirant,

With this rank you can get a seat in Rajkiya Engineering college Bijnor. As you say you did not get this college in first round, there can be many reasons.
Cutoff varies every year. This year there must have been more number of students who have performed better than you in UPSEE and are also seeking admission in this same college. Therefore they will get first preference in admission.
Second your preference of choice filling. If you might have placed this college in a lower preference, other candidates who have placed it above will have more chances.
Also in EWS , seats are less and candidates applying are more. Therefore students with better rank than yours would have got the seat.
But not to worry you still have next rounds left. Don't lose hope and keep trying.
