Dear, can you please specify your question properly, such that possibly I may Able to help you in that and let me clear you one thing that IIT Madras has only conducted the GATE - 2019 , so definitely all the application from for the registration in the GATE has been accepted by the IIT Madras .

Sir, Before applying for Mtech admission in IIT Madras it is required to register first by giving certain details. During registration IIT Madras is taking only 2017 and 2018 GATE but not 2019.https://www.digialm.com//EForms/configuredHtml/844/51370/Registration.htmlThis link will help you to reach the registration portal.
