The lists are shuffled generally and from time to time.
So it might happen that the name is missed out.
As far as queries are concerned, we generally put forward the names of top government colleges first as they are more proffered and desired by the students and then we shift to others.
There is nothing otherwise. Its just the matter of missing the name of college at times.
