The last year's cutoff for MD medicine in AIQ was 4632. However the cutoffs change every year so you may get a seat this year. It is possible for you to get other specialties like surgery and obg.
You can get md medicine in deemed universities as the cutoff is much higher.
You can also try for medicine in state counselling of your domicile state.
