Since you've done your graduation in Stats, you must be good with numbers, number crunching, speed calculation etc. Utilise these skills for the Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning sections. Refer to the past years' questions and take few mock tests to understand the pattern and question types. Brush up the areas in which you are weak, which can be best done with regular practice. Apart from QA and DI & LR, the other section is Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension. For that, you have to prepare separately. CAT is basically an aptitude test and not a test of knowledge. So, it is the right time to gauge and utilise the aptitude you've gathered over the years. All the best!
