If you have paid the fee then no one can cancel your admission , its just you need to fulfill the rules to get admission there. You need to submit the documents which the college is asking. And medical certificate, you can prepare that easily, you just need to visit a neraby hospital/clinic and ask to prepare a medical certificate for you.
