According to previous years analysis (which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year depending upon no of candidates from general category since you have not mentioned any category i am assuming it to be general, level of difficulty of neet etc etc, also since rank fallout pattern is entirely different this year nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity,last year cut off rank for Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences, Mandya was 75692 against 402 marks and you are at 458 marks against 77000 rank since marks vs rank fallout is completely different this year you might /might not have chance depending completely upon the no of students who opt for mandya this year having ranks above you.

With 77K rank it is not possible for you to grab a seat in Mandya medical college as the cut-off demanded by this college is under 10K.

Even if you belong to SC/ST then also it will be hard for you to take admission in this college.

Personally speaking you should work hard for 1 more year if you can as good marks is a must for best medical colleges.
